A note on access and pricing…

Everyone should be able to access the services they need. That’s why I use the Green Bottle Sliding Scale as a payment system to address the realities of economic access and privilege.

Tier 1 is the most affordable pricing option, Tier 3 reflects the amount the service is worth at full price — and Tier 2 is somewhere in-between.

If you need an individual payment plan in order to afford an offering, send me a message and we can take it from there.

This is a trust based system — I will not ask for verification of any client’s income status. Instead, I rely on the members of the Olive Branch community to be honest about their circumstances, and accountable to the needs of others.

Antenatal Lactation Education & Support

Antenatal consultation of up to 1.5 hours.

This package is for anyone seeking specialist education, advice and support regarding infant feeding during their pregnancy. I am passionate about providing antenatal feeding support as I believe it is a cornerstone of a successful feeding experience, and can be used to mitigate many of the feeding challenges new parents face.

The consultation will include:

• Learning about the multifaceted benefits of breast/chest feeding

• Understanding the nutritional needs of the infant

• Discussion and demonstration of different feeding techniques (including latch and positioning advice)

• Understanding how your milk supply works, and how it is established and maintained

• The realities of the first few weeks as a new parent

• How to read your baby’s feeding cues

• Tips for expressing milk

• The role your support team plays

• Common challenges, and how to face them

• Helpful resources for you to use in furthering your education and preparation

Follow-Up Lactation Consultation

Additional support consultation of up to 1.5 hours (+ additional phone/email support for one week)

The consultation will involve:

• Observation of breast/chest feeding

• Discussion of your infant feeding experience since the previous consultation

• Further support with whatever challenges you are facing

• Re-evaluation of your feeding plan, and making amendments if necessary
