Feeding Support

While the experience of breastfeeding/ chestfeeding your child can be incredibly rewarding and beneficial for both of you, for many new parents it can also be a time fraught with unforeseen challenges. Seeking additional feeding support is incredibly common! Through my work, I help families to address whatever obstacles stand between them and the feeding experience they desire. Whether you’re finding it painful to feed your baby, are struggling with milk supply, or simply feel overwhelmed by all there is to know, I am here to provide practical, educational, and emotional support to help you go forward with confidence and ease.

How it Works

I offer feeding consultations both in the comfort of your own home (London) and online. This will typically involve me taking a clinical history, discussing some of your birth experience, looking at your feeding journey so far, observing a feed, and assessing your newborn. Holistically we will also look at your emotional well-being, what support systems you have in place, and how you are nourishing yourself to best support your healing and lactation. Through all of this we will then work together to address whatever challenges you have been facing, and design a feeding plan to help you implement positive and sustainable changes.

Sometimes making these changes can take time and practice, therefore following our consultation you will have access to text and phone support with me for one week. There is also the option to book in additional consultations if you would like!
